摘　　要：喷油泵是柴油机的重要零部件,对整机的动力性、经济性、可靠性等多项指标有着非常重要的影响。喷油泵作为燃油供给系统的核心零部件,喷油泵的工作能力和稳定性决定了燃油供给系统每个循环供油量的多少,将直接影响柴油机的排放、动力性和经济性。若出现供油不稳定的故障,会出现转速不稳定的游车故障,严重时甚至会飞车。本文总结了某250缸径柴油机的开发过程中,某机械式喷油泵出现的调节齿条的故障和解决措施。Fuel Injection Pump is an important part of the diesel engine which has a very important impact on the power,economy,reliability and other indicators of the whole machine.Fuel Injection Pump as the core parts of the fuel supply system,the working ability and stability of the fuel injection pump determine the fuel supply system each cycle of the amount of oil,will directly affect the diesel engine emissions,power and economy.If there is an unstable failure of fuel supply,there will be an unstable diesel engine racing in serious cases.This paper summarizes the failure of regulation rack of a mechanical Fuel Injection Pump in the development process of a 250 cylinder diameter diesel engine and its solution.
