摘　　要：随着120型空气制动阀的逐渐推广与普及,其在中国内燃机车及铁道运输车辆中逐渐占据主导地位,它的安全性和可靠性是列车正常运行的前提条件和安全保障。因此,本文概述了120型货车控制制动阀的结构特点及工作原理,对其发展现状及应用前景作了宏观介绍,并总结分析了空气制动阀在实际生产使用过程中常见的几种故障类型,就出现的故障类型进行讨论,给出了相应的故障分析及处理方法,为车辆的安全运行提供了一定经验及参考价值。With the gradual promotion and popularization of 120 air brake valve,it has gradually occupied a leading position in diesel locomotives and railway transport vehicles in China.Its safety and reliability are the preconditions and safety guarantees for the normal operation of trains.Therefore,this paper outlines the structural characteristics and working principle of the 120 freight car control brake valve,makes a macro introduction to its development status and application prospects,summarizes and analyzes several common fault types of the railway air brake valve in the actual production and use process,discusses the fault types that occur,gives the corresponding fault analysis and treatment methods,and provides some experience and reference value for the safe operation of vehicles.
