发动机曲轴孔同轴度精度调整方法探讨

摘  要:随着现代化社会的快速发展,发动机种类、机型愈发丰富,应用领域也愈发广泛,机体主轴孔的同轴度作为发动机正常运作的关键尺寸,若是出现超差现象将会导致发动机出现油压低、拉瓦等故障。基于此,本文选择2V190发动机作为主要研究对象,结合发动机曲轴孔同轴度超差发生原因探讨精度调整方法,并引入具体案例开展实例分析,通过调研和测量实验、数据分析提出生产工艺改进方案,以期为相关工作或人员提供有效参考。With the rapid development of modern society,the types and models of engines are becoming more and more rich,and the application fields are becoming more and more extensive.The coaxiality of the main shaft hole of the body is the key size for the normal operation of the engine.If the phenomenon of out-of-tolerance occurs,the engine will appear low oil pressure,pull and other faults.Based on this,2V190 engine is selected as the main research object in this paper,and the method of precision adjustment is discussed in combination with the causes of coaxiality aberration of the crankshaft hole of the engine.Concrete cases are introduced to carry out case analysis,and production process improvement plans are proposed through investigation,measurement experiment and data analysis,in order to provide effective reference for relevant work or personnel.
