摘 要:为了评估掺烧低热值煤对燃煤火电机组带负荷能力的影响,在某电厂660MW机组进行了掺烧高灰低热值煤及高水低热值煤的试验,结果表明:燃用低热值煤种主要影响的是制粉系统和风烟系统的出力情况,其次影响的是输灰、出渣等系统的适配能力。掺烧热值20000kJ/kg的高灰煤时机组基本能带满负荷,掺烧热值为20000kJ/kg的高水煤及热值低于20000kJ/kg的高灰煤和高水煤时,机组带满负荷过程中会出现系统或设备出力受限的情况。In order to evaluate the influence of blending low calorific value coal on the capacity of coal-fired thermal power units to carry load,the test of blending high-ash low-calorific value coal and high-water low-calorific value coal was carried out in a 660MW unit of a power plant,and the results show that:burning low-calorific value coal mainly affects the output of the powder making system and the wind and smoke system,and secondly affects the adaptability of the systems such as the ash conveyor,slag discharge,etc.The unit can basically carry full load when blending high ash low calorific value coal and high-water coal with calorific value lower than 20000kJ/kg.When high ash coal with calorific value of 20000kJ/kg is burned,the unit can basically carry full load,and when high water coal with calorific value of 20,000kJ/kg,high ash coal with calorific value lower than 20000kJ/kg and high water coal are burned,the output of the unit will be limited in the process of carrying full load.
