摘 要:在Aspen plus化工模拟软件中,针对煤的部分气化多联产技术,模拟建立了煤部分气化联合循环发电系统.该系统对煤部分气化及半焦燃烧单元、除尘净化单元、燃气轮机发电单元与蒸汽轮机发电单元这四个主要单元进行了模拟,并从煤部分气化验证与燃气轮机验证两方面确定了模型的可靠性.面向该系统,研究了气化温度、气化压力、氧气浓度三个因素对冷煤气效率、碳转化率、有效气体分数、燃气轮机与蒸汽轮机的净功率和净效率等参数的影响,并得到系统优化结果.结果表明:联合循环的最优工况是热损失为1%,气化压力为3MPa,氧气浓度为21%,此时联合循环的发电效率最高可达59.41%。A combined-cycle power system of coal partial gasification was established by Aspen Plus simulation software for the partial gasification polygeneration technology of coal.The four main units of the coal partial gasification and semi-coke combustion unit,the dust removal and purification unit,the gas turbine power generation unit and the steam turbine power generation unit were simulated in this system,and the reliability of this system was determined through the verification of the coal partial gasification and the gas turbine.For this system,the effects of gasification temperature,gasification pressure and oxygen concentration on cold gas efficiency,carbon conversion rate,effective gas fraction,net power and net efficiency of the gas turbine and steam turbine,were studied,and system optimization results were obtained.The results show that the optimal working condition of the combined cycle is 1%heat loss,3 Mpa gasification pressure and 21%oxygen concentration,and the maximum efficiency of the combined cycle is 59.41%.
