摘 要:本文提出了一种基于叉指型液冷的微槽道蒸汽腔的结构,在蒸汽腔的内部集成了液冷流道并与工质流道交错布置,从而将单相对流换热与相变换热两种传热模式集中在一个散热器中。针对其传热性能开展了实验研究并与同尺寸下的微通道液冷散热器进行比较。结果显示,所制备的液冷蒸汽腔均温性能好,结构简单,加工简便,可靠性高,满足散热器薄型设计的要求。液冷蒸汽腔在不同工况下的启动时间为40至80 s,热响应性能良好。在实验的工况下,液冷蒸汽腔的最高温度相比微通道液冷至多可以降低3.40℃。In this paper,a micro-grooved vapor chamber based on interdigitated liquid-cooling is proposed.The liquid-cooling channel is integrated in the vapor chamber and cross layout with working medium channel,which makes two heat transfer modes of single-phase convection and phase change concentrated in the heat sink.The experimental study on the heat transfer performance of the liquid-cooling vapor chamber was developed,comparing to that of the microchannel liquid-cooling heat sink with the same size.The results showed that the liquid-cooling vapor chamber has good temperature uniformity,simple structure and is easy to process with high reliability,meeting the design requirements of flat heat sink.The liquid-cooling vapor chamber has good thermal responsibility with the startup time varying from 40 to 80 s under different working conditions.the maximum temperature of the liquid-cooling vapor chamber is 3.40℃lower than that of the microchannel liquid-cooling heat sink at most under the experimental conditions.
