摘  要:某电厂因线路网架优化改造将仅有的两条500kV出线被迫停电超1个月,其间为维持润滑油系统、冷却系统、直流系统、照明系统等重要设备正常运转,厂用电临时转接至当地10kV电网供电。根据全厂负荷统计和电厂实际情况,确定了外供电源的接入方式和倒闸顺序,验证了单台10000kVA变压器在10kV电网运行的可行性,同时针对性地修改了继电保护配置,制定了电源管控措施和应急预案。在线路全停期间,厂用电有序可控,当线路恢复后,机组顺利并网,表明此次外接供电的实例是成功的,获得的经验可供其他电厂借鉴。In this paper,an auxiliary power supply case is present,in which he auxiliary power supply was forced to switch in 10kV local grid power supply due to two 500kV outgoing power supply were shut down for more than a month in a power plant to maintain the normal operation of important equipment such as lubricating oil system,cooling system,DC system,and lighting system.Based on the load statistics and actual power demand of power plant,the scheme and sequence of switching in of external power supply were determined,and the feasibility of a single 10000kVA transformer operating in 10kV power grid was verified.In addition,specific modifications were made on relay protection configuration,and power controlling measures and emergency plans were put forward.During the period of power supply shut-down,the auxiliary power supply was in order and control.After power supply was restored,power plant units were successfully connected to grid,which indicated that the scheme of auxiliary power supply was successful and the experience gained provided reference for other power plants.
