摘  要:针对LNC/N115-9.88/539/1.9抽凝汽轮机存在的凝汽器真空低及真空严密性差问题进行了分析研究,发现凝汽器总换热系数偏小、真空系统泄漏是主要原因,通过对汽轮机采取凝汽器钛管高压冲洗、增装强化换热装置、真空系统查漏、高低压轴封管路分离改造、汽缸密封面处理以及低压轴封间隙调整等一系列措施,使得该机组的真空问题得到解决,为同类问题的分析和处理提供了参考。Problems of insufficient condenser vacuum and poor vacuum tightness occurred in LNC/N115-9.88/539/1.9 extraction condensing steam turbine were studied.Results indicated that the degradation of heat transfer in condenser and leakage in vacuum system resulted in the above vacuum problem.The vacuum problem has been solved after a series of measures being adopted,such as cleaning the titanium tube of condenser by high pressure washing,installing enhanced heat exchange device and vacuum leak detection system,the separation renovation for high and low pressure shaft seal pipelines,steam turbine cylinder sealing surface treatment and low-pressure shaft seal clearance adjustment.The troubleshooting provides reference for the analysis and treatment of similar problems.
