摘　　要：在信息化时代,大学生就业不单单是社会问题,更是每个大学生所面临的重要挑战之一.信息化管理可以帮助大学生更好地应对就业问题,提高就业质量.通过探讨大学生就业信息化管理的创新路径,旨在增加其就业机会和拓宽就业渠道,提高就业效率和效果,提供更好的就业保障和服务.In the information age,the employment of college students is not only a social problem,but also an important challenge faced by every college student.Information-based management can help college students better deal with employment problems and improve the quality of employment.This paper discusses the innovative approaches to information-based management of employment of college students,aiming at increasing their employment opportunities and widening their employment channels,improving their employment efficiency and effect,and providing better employment security and services.
