摘  要:改革开放后,在国家战略、社会需求以及高等教育体制改革等因素影响下,外语院校协同合作,围绕“打好基本功,扩大知识面,要有一个专业倾向性”的教育思想进行体制改革,完成人才目标从“单语型”到“复合型”、学科布局从“单学科”到“多学科”、发展模式从“封闭型”到“开放型”的转型发展。新时代,我国正走近世界舞台中央、高等教育开始向“双一流”建设目标迈进,在“新文科”理念指导和卓越外语人才需求等多方因素影响下,外语院校可借鉴改革开放初期的转型发展经验,守正创新,以“不变”应“万变”,坚守外语院校办学的初心使命;因势而新、主动求变,构建外语院校发展新格局。After China's reform and opening-up,influenced by the then national strategies,social demand and reform of the higher education system,educational institutions of foreign languages cooperated and carried out structural reform guided by the philosophy of“developing basic skills,expanding the scope of knowledge and exhibiting a professional orientation”.The transformations they achieved include nurturing interdisciplinary talent rather than talent with single foreign language skills;providing interdisciplinary education rather than intradisciplinary education;adopting an open development mode instead of a closed one.In the new era,China is moving closer to the center of the world stage,and the Double World-Class Project has been launched.In the context of New Liberal Arts,considering the demand for outstanding foreign language talents and other factors,educational institutions of foreign languages can gain experience from the transformation in the early stage of the reform and opening-up.Devoted to their original aspirations,educational institutions of foreign languages should uphold fundamental principles while breaking new ground.Meanwhile,by keeping pace with the times and initiating innovation,they can create a new development paradigm.
