摘 要:选取刚完成毕业论文写作的普通高等院校本科生为调查对象,通过问卷调查、面对面访谈两种方式,调查分析本科生对本科毕业论文重要性的理解、写作毕业论文过程中的感受与体验、完成毕业论文后的收获等;同时基于高校本科毕业论文指导教师的亲身体会,深入分析本科生毕业论文写作过程中存在的问题,并提出相应的对策。研究发现,普通高等院校本科生认为毕业论文有价值,但却不愿意投入时间,毕业论文质量令人担忧;本科生信息获取能力不强、对科研缺乏探究精神;本科生写作毕业论文时渴望得到教师的指导,而教师短时间内精益求精指导多名本科生的毕业论文存在一定困难。针对本科毕业论文存在的问题,提出了相应对策:一要充分利用图书馆资源,培养本科生学术素养;二要发挥朋辈导师的作用,促进本科生学术成长;三要充分调动指导教师的积极性,为其精细化指导毕业论文创造条件。Undergraduates who have just finished thesis writing are selected as the survey object.Through questionnaire survey and face-to-face interview,we investigate and analyze undergraduates’understanding of the importance of dissertation,their feelings and experiences in the process of writing thesis,and their gains after completing the thesis,etc.Meanwhile,based on the personal experience of undergraduates’dissertation supervisors,we analyze the problems in the process of undergraduates’dissertation writing in depth and put forward corresponding countermeasures.The study found that undergraduates in general higher educational institutions think that dissertation is valuable,but they are not willing to invest time in it,and the quality of dissertation is worrying;undergraduates do not have a strong ability to acquire information,and they lack the spirit of inquiry in scientific research;undergraduates are eager to be guided by the teachers when they write the thesis,but it is difficult for them to excel in guiding the theses of many undergraduates in a short period of time.In view of the problems of undergraduate dissertation,the following solutions are proposed:first,make full use of library resources to cultivate undergraduates’academic awareness;second,play the role of peer tutors to promote undergraduates’academic growth;and third,fully mobilize the enthusiasm of instructors to create conditions for them to finely supervise the dissertation.
