农村劳动力外流对农民减贫的影响研究

摘　　要：在打赢全面脱贫“攻坚战”、推进共同富裕的背景之下,研究农村劳动力外流对农民减贫的影响,对于保障脱贫可持续性、打好农村相对贫困“持久战”具有重要意义。该文基于2010—2021年中国省级面板数据,利用面板固定效应模型和空间杜宾模型实证检验农村劳动力外流与农民减贫的关系。研究结果表明:农村劳动力外流与农民减贫之间存在显著的倒U型关系;农村劳动力外流对不同地区农民减贫存在异质性;农村劳动力流动能够通过影响农业全要素生产率和农村产业结构来影响农民减贫;农民减贫具有明显的空间正相关性,劳动力外流对减贫效果具有显著的空间溢出特征。In the context of winning the“battle”of poverty alleviation and promoting common prosperity,it is important to study the impact of rural labor outflow on poverty reduction of farmers,in order to ensure the sustainability of poverty alleviation and fight the“protracted war”against rural relative poverty.Based on Chinese provincial panel data from 2010 to 2021,the panel fixed effects model and spatial Durbin model are used to empirically test the relationship between rural labor migration and farmers’poverty reduction.The conclusions shows:There is an obvious inverted U-shaped relationship between rural labor migration and farmers’poverty reduction;There is heterogeneity of rural labor migration on farmers’poverty reduction in different regions;Rural labor migration can affect farmers’poverty reduction by influencing total-factor agricultural production rate and structure of agricultural industry;Farmers’poverty reduction has a significant positive spatial correlation;and labor migration has a conspicuous characteristic of spatial spillover effect on the poverty reduction.
