摘  要:2016年8月(夏季),在滦河口-北戴河海域设22个站位,应用Levins公式和Petrailis公式测定夏季浮游动物的生态位宽度和生态位重叠值,并采用冗余分析(RDA)研究影响浮游动物生态位分化的主要因素。结果表明,在滦河口-北戴河海域共鉴定出浮游动物42种,其中浮游幼虫、节肢动物和腔肠动物为最主要的组成类群。浮游动物生态位宽度变化范围为0.048~0.704,其中,强壮箭虫(Sagitta crassa)和长尾类幼虫(Macrura larva)生态位宽度大于0.6,为广生态位种类;中生态位种类有短尾类溞状幼虫(Brachyura zoea)和多毛类幼虫(Polychaeta larva);其余为窄生态位种类。浮游动物生态位重叠值变化范围为0.002~0.990,生态位重叠值大于0.6种对有18对,占总对数的19.8%。其中,近缘大眼剑水蚤(Corycaeus affinis)和拟长腹剑水蚤(Oithona similis)重叠值最高为0.990。RDA结果分析表明,叶绿素a、盐度、透明度、无机磷和温度为影响夏季调查海域浮游动物生态位分化的主要因素。The niche breadth and niche overlap of the zooplankton were surveyed in the coastal area of Luanhe-Beidaihe estuary in August 2016(summer)by Levins and Petraitis formulae,and environmental effects on the spatial distribution of zooplankton species were determined.The main environmental factors influencing the differentiation in spatial niches of zooplankton species were analyzed by Redundancy analysis(RDA).The results showed that planktonic larvae,Arthropoda and Coelenterata were dominant in the zooplankton community in the surveyed area.The niche breadth values of zooplankton species were ranged from 0.048 to 0.704,with the niche breadth values of over 0.6 for Sagitta crassa and Macrura larva.The niche breadth values were shown to be varied from 0.3 to 0.6 in Brachyura zoea and Polychaeta larva,below 0.3 in the remaining species.The niche overlap values of zooplankton species were ranged between 0.002 and 0.990.The total amount of species pairs with niche overlap over 0.6(Oik>0.6)were 18 in the area,accounting for 19.8%of the total pairs,with the maximal niche overlap values(0.990)in Corycaeus affinis and Oithona similis.The RDA analysis showed that chlorophyll a,salinity,dissolved inorganic phosphorus(DIP)and temperature were the main environmental factors affecting the spatial distribution of zooplankton in the coastal area of Luanhe-Beidaihe estuary.
