摘  要:目的研究基于人工智能的智慧康复系统对于军事训练伤害所致的前十字韧带重建术后康复的有效性。方法选取在2022年4月至2023年4月期间于东部战区总医院行前十字韧带重建术的患者60例,并通过随机数字表法划分为试验组(使用智慧康复系统)和对照组(线下门诊康复),每组30例。记录其在术后0、12、24周的膝关节屈曲活动度、VAS、Lysholm、IKDC量表得分。结果各组受检者训练前膝关节屈曲角度、VAS指数、Lysholm得分、IKDC得分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);而在训练12周、24周后,试验组屈膝角度角度、Lysholm得分及IKDC得分均显著高于对照组,VAS指数显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论智慧康复系统可以在术后短期内改善前十字韧带重建术后士兵的屈膝活动度、疼痛程度和肢体功能。Objective To study the effectiveness of the Intelligent Rehabilitation System for post-operative rehabilitation of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction caused by military training injuries.Methods Sixty patients who underwent anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction at General Hospital of Eastern Theater Command from April 2022 to April 2023 were recruited for a randomized controlled trial.The participants were randomly allocated into an experimental group(using the smart rehabilitation system)and a control group(offline outpatient rehabilitation),30 cases in each group.Knee joint flexion range of motion(ROM),VAS,Lysholm and IKDC scores at 0,12,and 24 weeks after surgery.Results There were no statistically significant differences in knee flexion angle,VAS index,Lysholm score,and IKDC score between the two groups before training(P>0.05).However,after 12 weeks and 24 weeks of training,the knee flexion angle,Lysholm score and IKDC score of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the VAS index was significantly lower than that of the control group.The differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The Intelligent Rehabilitation System can improve the knee flexion range of motion,pain level and limb function in soldiers after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction in the short term.
