摘  要:腹腔开放疗法是治疗腹部战创伤的突破性进展,其中,3D打印肠瘘支架可以有效封堵腹腔开放合并的肠空气瘘,重建消化道完整性,减少肠液外溢和创面污染,改善患者的营养状态,促进机体功能恢复,为确定性肠瘘切除手术做好准备。文章根据东部战区总医院肠瘘治疗中心临床实践,结合国际上3D打印最新进展,系统性探讨3D打印肠瘘支架的设计方法、制造工艺、植入方式以及临床疗效等,进一步推动3D打印肠瘘支架的普及性。Open abdomen therapy is a breakthrough treatment for abdominal injuriescaused by trauma or war.The 3D printed stentsof the intestinal fistula can effectively close the enteroatmospheric fistula(EAF)following open abdomen by reconstructing the integrity of the digestive tract,which can reduce intestinal fistula output and wound contamination,improve the patient′s nutritional status,improve the recovery of body function,and prepare for definitive intestinal fistula resection surgery.Based on the clinical practice of the Intestinal Fistula Treatment Center of Jinling Hospital and the latest progress in 3D printing,this review systematically explored the design methods,manufacturing processes,implantation methods,and clinical efficacy of 3D printed intestinal fistula stents.Our purpose is to promote the popularization of 3D printed stents of intestinal fistula.
