摘  要:废钢预热是提高高炉-转炉长流程炼钢过程中废钢比的重要手段,基于“双碳”背景下,提高长流程生产过程中废钢比可以降低其焦炭消耗,明显降低吨钢碳排放量,同时现阶段采用全废钢电炉冶炼条件下的产品价格明显高于转炉冶炼成本,采用高废钢比转炉生产流程可以提高经济效益。介绍和分析了现阶段长流程企业广泛使用的铁水包废钢预热技术、转炉废钢斗废钢预热技术、连续水平废钢预热技术、高位料仓废钢预热技术,通过对比分析和总结现有各种方法的优缺点,展望了下一步废钢预热技术的发展方向,提出了蓄热式烟气高速循环废钢预热、铁水分级指导废钢预热及废钢预热精准控制是今后废钢预热发展的主要方向。对钢铁企业废钢预热技术的选择和发展具有一定的参考意义。The scrap preheating technology is the main means to improve the scrap ratio in BF-BOF process.Based on the background of"the double carbon goal",increasing the scrap ratio in the BF-BOF process can reduce the coke consumption and significantly reduce the carbon emissions per ton of steel.At the same time,the product price under the current condition of all-scrap electric furnace smelting is significantly higher than the cost of converter process,and the adoption of high scrap ratio in the BF-BOF process can improve economic benefits.This paper introduces and analyzes the preheating technology of scrap in hot metal ladle,converter scrap bucket,continuous horizontal and storage bunker,which are widely used in BF-BOF process enterprises at present.Through comparative analysis and summary of the advantages and disadvantages of various existing methods,the development direction of scrap preheating technology in the next step is forecasted.It is suggested that regenerative flue gas high-speed cycle scrap preheating,hot metal classification guide scrap preheating and precise control of scrap preheating are the main directions of scrap preheating development in the future.It has certain reference significance for the selection and development of scrap preheating technology for steel enterprises.
