摘  要:针对国外某燃机电站项目余热锅炉化学清洗,参考国内外清洗标准,利用小型试验确定了缓蚀剂浓度,确定了盐酸酸洗+柠檬酸漂洗+双氧水钝化的清洗工艺,分别划分了高压、低压系统的清洗范围及相应水容积,讨论并制定了清洗方案,介绍了清洗系统流程,按照水冲洗、升温试验、盐酸酸洗、酸洗后水冲洗、柠檬酸漂洗、双氧水钝化的清洗步骤,给出了各清洗阶段控制指标的试验数据,按照4%~7%盐酸浓度、1.5%缓蚀剂浓度及0.1%~0.2%还原剂浓度进行控制,最终腐蚀速率基本维持在2.1~2.3 g/(h·m^(2))。特别是分析了氧化还原电位对钝化效果的影响,并对氧化还原电位进行了测定,确保达到良好的钝化效果,总结了清洗方案的控制要点,为同类型机组的化学清洗提供了参考。For the chemical cleaning of a waste heat boiler in a foreign gas turbine power station project,referring to domestic and foreign cleaning standards,the concentration of corrosion inhibitors was determined through small-scale experiments,and the cleaning process of hydrochloric acid pickling,citric acid rinsing,and hydrogen peroxide passivation was determined.The cleaning scope and corresponding water volume of the high-pressure and low-pressure systems were divided,and the cleaning plan was discussed and developed.The cleaning system process was introduced,followed by water flushing,temperature rise test,hydrochloric acid pickling,water flushing after pickling,citric acid rinsing,hydrogen peroxide passivation cleaning steps,and experimental data for control indicators in each cleaning stage are provided,according to the control of 4%~7% hydrochloric acid concentration,1.5% corrosion inhibitor concentration,and 0.1%~0.2% reducing agent concentration,the final corrosion rate is basically maintained at 2.1~2.3 g/(h·m^(2)).In particular,the impact of oxidation-reduction potential on passivation effect was analyzed,and the oxidation-reduction potential was measured to ensure a good passivation effect.The control points of the cleaning plan were summarized,providing a reference for chemical cleaning of similar units.
