构树发酵饲料对小鼠血清生化指标及炎症基因的影响

摘  要:通过饲喂小鼠发酵构树饲料,研究构树发酵饲料对小鼠血清生化指标、脏器系数及相关炎症因子的影响。结果显示,小鼠心脏、肺系数部均差异极显著(P<0.01),肝脏、脾脏系数组间差异显著(P<0.05)。实验组甘油三酯含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),白蛋白和葡萄糖则相反。发酵构树饲料显著降低了小鼠胃部组织的TNF-α基因的mRNA表达量(P<0.05),同时降低了小鼠肠道的IL-6基因的mRNA表达量和TNF-α基因的mRNA表达量。添加10%构树发酵饲料可以促进小鼠主要脏器发育,还可有效降低小鼠胃部及小肠的炎症因子,促进小鼠健康。This experiment investigated the effects of fermented cypress feed on serum biochemical indicators,organ coefficients,and related inflammatory factors in mice.Results showed that the heart and lung coefficients were extremely significant different between the two groups(P<0.01),while the liver and spleen coefficients were significantly different(P<0.05).The experimental group had significantly higher triglyceride content than the control group(P<0.05),while albumin and glucose were the opposite.Fermented cypress feed significantly reduced the mRNA expression levels of TNF-α gene in the stomach tissue of mice(P<0.05),as well as the mRNA expression levels of IL-6 and TNF-α genes in the intestine.In conclusion,adding 10% fermented cypress feed can promote the development of major organs in mice,effectively reduce the inflammatory factors in the stomach and small intestine,and promote the health of mice.
