摘　　要：建筑防水材料行业虽小,但建筑防水工程在建筑工程中却占有十分重要的地位,其质量优劣取决于材料选择、工程设计、施工技术、运维管理等诸多方面,事关居住环境改善、建筑延寿节能、防止生态污染等关键问题。本文从建筑防水材料行业的实际情况出发,分析了建筑防水工程的质量现状及其成因,提出了系统性提高防水工程质量的推进路径,并对行业发展进行了展望。Although the building waterproof material industry is small,waterproof project plays a very important role in construction engineering.Its quality depends on many aspects such as material selection,project design,construction technology,operation and maintenance management,which is related to key issues such as improving living environment,prolonging building life and energy conservation,and preventing ecological pollution.This article starts from the actual situation of the building waterproofing material industry,analyzes the current quality status and causes of building waterproofing engineering,proposes systematic promotion path for improving the quality of waterproofing engineering,and looks forward to the development of the industry.
