摘  要:建筑隔声是社会关注度很高的话题,直接影响居住者的身心健康,是衡量“好房子”的重要指标之一。国家相关法规、标准都对建筑隔声做出了规定,但由于既有建筑设计标准低,选材不佳,施工不规范等问题,噪声扰民的问题仍然普遍存在。本文分析了噪声在建筑物中的传播方式,并对墙体、楼板等部位降噪隔振的材料和施工方式进行了对比,并从设计监督、建筑改造和新材料推广等方面提出了改善建筑隔声性能的建议,从而为进一步夯实“好房子”的材料基础,创造低噪空间,不断提高建筑品质提供参考建议。Building sound insulation is a highly concerned social topic,which directly affects the physical and mental health of residents and is also one of the important indicators for measuring“good housing”.National regulations and standards have made provisions for building sound insulation,but due to low design standards,poor material selection,and non-standard construction,the problem of noise disturbance to the public is still widespread.This article analyzes the noise transmission mode in buildings,compares the materials and construction methods for noise reduction and vibration isolation in walls,floors and other parts,and proposes suggestions for improving the soundproof performance of buildings from the aspects of design supervision,building renovation,and new material promotion,which could provide reference for further consolidating the material foundation of“good housing”,creating low-noise spaces,and continuously improving building quality.
