摘　　要：随着乡村振兴战略的深度展开,大量的村庄规划与建设模式在各地进行推广试验。然而城规技术方法套用乡村的错位、乡村本质认识的不足等导致其规划成果缺乏实用性与落地性。如何更加综合、科学的评价村庄规划实施,从而了解其规划实施效果并及时的反馈和优化提升,已成为当前急需解决的问题。本文以延安南泥湾华润希望小镇为例,通过将规划实施效果评估与规划实施过程评估相结合,从多元视角下深入探讨村庄规划实施与预期效果存在偏差的真实原因,从而为增强村庄规划的实用性提供参考建议。With the deepening of the rural revitalization strategy,a large number of village planning and a variety of construction modes have been popularized and tested in various places,and remarkable results have been achieved.However,there are several common phenomena,such as the misplacement of urban planning techniques applied to rural areas,the lack of practicality of the planning results due to insufficient understanding of the essence of rural areas,and the great gap between planning implementation and expected effect.How to evaluate the implementation of village planning more comprehensively and scientifically has become an urgent problem to be solved,in order to understand the effectiveness of its implementation and provide timely feedback and optimization.This paper takes Huaren Hope Town in Nanniwan,Yan‘an as an example,and combines the evaluation of planning implementation effect with the evaluation of planning implementation process.From multiple perspectives,it deeply explores the real reasons for the deviation between the village planning implementation and its expected effect so as to provide reference suggestions for enhancing the practicability of village planning.
