摘　　要：本文介绍了上海某租赁住宅健康人居技术体系的落地实践经验。从人的健康需求和租赁住宅的功能特点出发,介绍包含空气、水、声、光、体感五个环境要素和31项技术点的健康人居体系;结合设计、采购、施工实践,梳理落地实施过程中的技术要点;基于对空气品质、声学性能的实际检测数据,对前述技术体系的实施效果给出评价。This article introduces the practical experience of implementing healthy living technology system for rental housing in Shanghai.Based on the needs of human health and the functional characteristics of rental housing,a healthy living system is introduced which includes five environmental elements of air,water,sound,light and physical sensation,and summarizes 31 techniques during the implementation process in combination with design,procurement and construction practices.Based on the actual testing data of air quality and acoustic performance,the implementation effects of the technical system are evaluated.
