摘　　要：北斗卫星导航系统可以为实时监控、路径优化、智能调度和安全预警等智能交通管控提供高精准实时位置信息。本研究分析了北斗卫星导航系统在重载铁路智能交通运输管控中的应用领域;构建了基于北斗卫星导航系统的重载铁路智能交通运输一张图管控体系;梳理了重载铁路智能交通运输一张图在基础设施监测和安全生产领域的应用方式与案例。研究结果为新一代使能技术发展背景下的重载铁路智能交通运输管控提供了体系框架和应用范例支撑。The Beidou satellite navigation system can provide high-precision real-time location information for intelligent transportation control such as real-time monitoring,path optimization,intelligent scheduling,and safety warning.This study analyzes the application fields of Beidou satellite navigation system in intelligent transportation control;Built an intelligent transportation map control system based on the BeiDou satellite navigation system;Sorted out the application methods and cases of intelligent transportation in infrastructure monitoring and safety production fields.The research results provide a systematic framework and application example support for intelligent transportation control in the context of the development of new generation enabling technologies.
