摘　　要：排污口是连接着河流与陆地污染物的关卡,是流域、海域生态环境保护的重要节点。本项目开展片区排污口综合治理,按“查、测、溯、治”的技术路线。以排口为抓手,重点实施工业污染源管控、城乡生活污水治理、生活垃圾治理、农业面源污染防治、入河排污口规范化、水体内源污染治理和生态修复等工程。并在工程减排和生态修复措施基础上,通过构建长效化运管机制,提升民众参与环境治理的积极性和主动性,探索排污口精准溯源和综合整治的新模式、新路径。The sewage outlet is a gateway connecting rivers and land pollutants,which is an important node in the protection of the ecological environment of river basins and sea areas.This project will carry out comprehensive treatment of sewage outlets in the area,following the technical route of"inspection,measurement,tracing,and treatment".Taking the discharge outlet as the starting point,this paper focuses on implementing projects such as industrial pollution source control,urban and rural domestic sewage treatment,household waste treatment,agricultural non-point source pollution prevention and control,standardization of river discharge outlets,internal pollution control of water bodies,and ecological restoration.On the basis of engineering emission reduction and ecological restoration measures,it constructs a long-term operation and management mechanism,enhances the enthusiasm and initiative in public participation and environmental governance,and explores new models and approaches for precise tracing and comprehensive treatment of sewage outlets.
