摘 要:针对某机加厂产生的高浓度含磷废水,本研究采用4种除磷药剂,评估了pH值及药剂投量对除磷效果的影响。结果表明在碱性环境下,有明显的去除磷的效果,这得益于原水中浓度较高的Fe3+、Fe2+在碱性条件下可能生成了铁盐沉淀和具有高吸附性能的铁的氢氧化物及铁氧化物。并且得出了在不同的碱性条件下,4种除磷药剂的除磷效果和投加药剂成本,其中,氯化钙的除磷效果最佳、成本最低,除磷率能达到88.9%。In this study,four kinds of phosphorus removal agents were used to evaluate the effects of different pH values and dosage of chemicals on phosphorus removal efficiency for high concentration phosphorus-containing wastewater produced by a mechanical processing plant.The results showed that there was obvious phosphorus removal effect in alkaline environment,which is due to the high concentration of Fe3+and Fe2+in raw water may generate,iron salt precipitation and iron hydroxide and iron oxide with high adsorption performance under alkaline conditions.And the phosphorus removal effect and cost of four phosphorus removal agents under different alkaline conditions were obtained.This study showed that calcium chloride had the best phosphorus removal effect and the lowest cost,and the phosphorus removal rate could reach 88.9%.
