摘  要:对2种不同型号的MBS抗冲剂的PVC配方分别进行挤管,并通过落锤冲击、红外光谱、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、玻璃化转变温度(Tg)和裂解气相色谱-质谱对两种MBS抗冲剂的抗冲击性能、官能团组分和微观形貌进行了表征。结果表明,MBS抗冲剂1#和MBS抗冲剂2#的谱图基本一致,均有聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚丁二烯、聚苯乙烯的红外特征吸收峰。但两者的3种组分比例不一样,导致两者的玻璃化转变温度和抗冲击性能有差异。MBS抗冲剂1#的聚丁二烯含量更高,其玻璃化转变温度更低,抗冲击性能效果更好。The PVC formulations of two different types of MBS impact resistance were squeezed respectively,and the impact resistance,functional group composition and micromorphology of the two types of MBS impact resistance were characterized by drop hammer impact,infrared spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),glass transition temperature(Tg)and cracking gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The results showed that the spectra of MBS impact resistance1#and MBS impact resistance 2#were basically the same,and both had infrared characteristic absorption peaks of polymethyl methacrylate,polybutadiene and polystyrene.However,the proportion of three components is different,resulting in differences in glass transition temperature and impact resistance.MBS impact resistance 1#has higher polybutadiene content,lower glass transition temperature and better impact resistance.
