摘  要:液硫储罐为含硫天然气处理装置硫磺回收存储的关键设备。针对硫磺清除难度大、工况苛刻、全面检测工作量大、耗时长、费用高等诸多管理难点,以液硫储罐RBI评估技术为依据,经过相关检测评估储罐的损伤及风险,给下次检验时间的确定提供理论依据。并制定基于风险的检验策略,提高液硫储罐运行的可靠性及安全性,在保障其长周期安全运行前提下延长检验周期。Liquid sulfur storage tanks are key equipment for sulfur recovery and storage in sulfur-containing natural gas treatment plants.In response to many management difficulties such as difficult sulfur removal,harsh working conditions,large comprehensive testing workload,long time consumption and high cost,the RBI evaluation technology of liquid sulfur storage tank was used as the basis to evaluate the damage and risk of storage tank through relevant detection,providing a theoretical basis for determining the next inspection time.And a risk-based inspection strategy has been developed to improve the reliability and safety of liquid sulfur storage tanks,and extend the inspection cycle while ensuring the safe and long-term operation of liquid sulfur storage tanks.
