摘  要:文章通过对比不同的烘炉方法,分析使用低压除氧水作为烘炉介质的可行性,并详细介绍了大榭石化1.6 Mt/a芳烃联合装置二甲苯回收塔重沸炉新烘炉方法及与分馏系统热水联运同步开展的过程。经过工业实践,新方法完全满足烘炉要求,取得了良好效果,并且降低了烘炉过程蒸汽消耗,节约了开工成本。This article compares different oven drying methods,analyzes the feasibility of using low-pressure deoxygenated water as a drying medium and provides a detailed introduction to the new drying method for the reboiler furnace of the xylene recovery tower in the 1.6 Mt/a aromatics hydrocarbon joint plant of Daxie Petrochemical,as well as the process of synchronous development of hot water transportation with the fractionation system.After industrial practice,the new method fully meets the requirements of oven drying,achieves good results,and reduces steam consumption during the oven drying process,saving operating costs.
