摘  要:使用随钻测量工具进行定向射孔是一项新的应用探索,此项作业射孔枪定向精度高、管串结构简单、射孔可靠性高。但是在作业过程中,尤其是深度较大的井,在加压射孔时会压缩管柱内的完井液,在射孔压力释放瞬间产生较大排量。对有涡轮发电机的随钻测井设备,过大的排量会导致涡轮发电机转速过高,从而造成仪器电路损坏。因此文章旨在分析过排量造成仪器损坏的风险,并提出应对措施。The use of MWD tools for directional perforation is a new application exploration.This operation has high directional accuracy of the perforation gun,simple pipe string structure and high perforation reliability.However,during the operation process,especially in deep wells,the completion fluid inside the pipe string will be compressed during pressurized perforation,resulting in a high flow rate when the perforation pressure is released instantly.For MWD equipment with a turbine generator,excessive flow rate can cause the turbine generator rotate speed to be too high,resulting in damage to the instrument circuit.Therefore this article aims to analyze the risk of instrument damage caused by excessive flow rate and propose corresponding measures.
