摘 要:碳素铬铁经盐酸浸出后可得到铬铁溶液,将铬铁溶液蒸发浓缩至不同的过饱和度、在不同温度下养晶,得出铬铁混合物中氯化亚铁优先结晶析出、杂质Ni和Mn容易混晶析出的规律,经深入分析及实验验证可得到是由于Ni、Mn的价态和Fe价态相同、离子半径接近导致。因此为了避免发生混晶,经实验验证,将Fe2+改变为Fe3+,使其与杂质的离子半径不同,结晶时Ni、Mn未再形成混晶析出,且三氯化铁、氯化铬混合物中三氯化铁浓度越低,杂质去除效果越好。利用此技术可得到纯度较高的铁铬混合物,再经还原、过滤、复配等工艺后,得到高纯度铁铬电解液。After leaching carbon chromium iron with hydrochloric acid,chromium iron solution is obtained.The chromium iron solution is evaporated and concentrated to different supersaturations and crystallized at different temperatures.The law of preferential crystallization and precipitation of ferrous chloride in the chromium iron mixture,as well as the easy mixing and precipitation of impurities Ni and Mn,is obtained.Through in-depth analysis and experimental verification,it is found that the valence states of Ni and Mn are the same as those of Fe,and the ion radius is close.In order to avoid mixing crystals,the experiment verified that change the valence state of Fe2+to Fe3+,so that the ion radius of it was different from the impurities.During crystallization,Ni and Mn no longer form mixed crystal precipitation,and the lower the concentration of ferric chloride in the mixture of ferric chloride and chromium chloride,the better the impurity removal effect.The use of this technology is beneficial for obtaining high-purity iron chromium mixtures,and high-purity iron chromium electrolytes can be obtained through processes such as reduction,filtration and reconfiguration.
