摘  要:针对浅海部分油田钻完井废弃物全过程“零排放”的现场处置难题,采用自升式钻井平台整体升级改造后安装现场减量设备的方法,形成具备全过程“零排放”作业能力的平台。通过详细理论校核方法,依据油田钻完井设计确定设备选型参数,根据“零排放”作业重点环节要求,通过引进先进工艺并进行适应性改造的方法,结合钻井平台空间、结构及设备布置情况,以海上某油田全回收项目为例,详细设计形成一套完整的浅海钻井平台废弃物全回收改造技术。结果表明,用该方法升级改造的钻井平台能够最大程度实现安全、环保、经济地进行全回收作业,获得了比较满意的效果。In response to the on-site disposal problem of“zero discharge”of drilling well completion waste in some shallow sea oil fields,a self elevating drilling platform is adopted for overall upgrading and renovation,followed by the installation of onsite reduction equipment,to form a platform with the ability to perform“zero discharge”operations throughout the entire process.Through detailed theoretical verification methods,equipment selection parameters are determined based on the design of oilfield drilling well completion.According to the requirements of the key link of“zero emission”operation,advanced processes are introduced and adaptive transformation methods are carried out.Combined with the space,structure and equipment layout of the drilling platform,a complete set of shallow sea drilling platform waste full recovery transformation technology is designed in detail,taking a full recovery project of a certain offshore oilfield as an example.The results indicate that the upgraded and renovated drilling platform using this method can achieve maximum safety,environmental protection and economic full recovery operations,achieving satisfactory results.
