巴林左旗马流产沙门氏菌血清学调查

摘　　要：为了解巴林左旗肉驴流产病因,采用酶联免疫吸附试验—ELISA对从富河镇采集的1953份血清样品进行马流产沙门氏菌抗体检测,样品检测结果显示驴群感染率84%,个体感染率29%,全镇各村均有检出,嘎查村阳性率100%,养殖场阳性率100%,结果预示巴林左旗存在肉驴疑似感染马流产沙门氏菌情况。In order to understand the cause of abortion of meat donkeys in bairin left banner,1953 serum samples collected from Fuhe Town were tested for Salmonella antibody by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The results showed that the infection rate of donkeys was 84%,the individual infection rate was 29%,all villages in the town were detected,the positive rate of village was 100%,and the positive rate of farms was 100%.The results indicated that there was a suspected infection of Salmonella in meat donkeys in bairin left banner.
