摘　　要：中国老龄化程度日益加深,以政府为主导的多元主体提供社会养老服务的格局正在形成。其中,社会组织在社区养老服务中如何发挥中介作用,以促进多元主体的有效协同并实现养老资源社会整合问题,引起了理论界和实践部门的关注。文章以交往行动理论为视角,运用访谈法和观察法,对H市D街道的社区居家养老服务中心进行实地调研。研究发现,社会组织在参与社区养老服务中发挥着重要的协同作用和功能,其协同逻辑体现为从最初的合法性建立,到福利属性、商谈过程以及共同意识构建的递进过程。与此同时,社会组织面临着信任度较低、社区重建资源整合难题、服务主体联动断层和缺乏规范化管理与平台建设方面的协同困境。对此,文章以老年居民需求为导向,提出了“信任机制、文化伦理、有效对话、统一目标、规范标准”的多元主体协同路径。With the deepening of aging in China,local governments are constantly promoting innovation in social governance.The multi-subject model of socialization providing for the aged,which takes government purchase as the main way is an inevitable trend.How social organizations play consultation role in community elderly care services to promote the effective collaboration of multi-subject and achieve social integration of elderly care resources has attracted the attention of theoretical researchers and practical departments.From the perspective of communicative action theory,the paper conducts field investigation on the community home-based elderly care service centers in D street of H city.Social organization negotiation plays an important role and function in the community elderly care service.Its coordination logic is embodied in legitimacy,welfare attributes,negotiation process and common consciousnesss.At the same time,social organizations are facing low trust,difficulties in integrating community reconstruction resources,gaps in service subject linkage,and a lack of standardized management and platform construction in coordination.Guided by the needs of the elderly,this paper proposes a multi-subject collaborative path of trust mechanism,cultural ethics,effective dialogue,unified goals and regularize standard.
