摘 要:这篇文章参考著名藏学家周华多年来的藏族历史研究成果,详细论述了藏族传统教法史与相关文献所载藏地外在环境之形成与其名称之演变、相关汉文典籍对藏民族之称谓及古今对松赞干布之前就生活于青藏高原的上象雄之上、中、下地理范围的不同看法、如何定论如今所谓的象雄文明、下苏毗与苏毗之间到底有何区别、苏毗与女儿国是否同指一个国家、北阿夏与吐谷浑两国之间有无区别、如何认识南西夏与西夏、江与姜有何区别和异同等等有关藏族历史研究领域的重点问题。同时,说明了上述王国之姓氏来历、地理范围、历史文化、兴衰更替等,尤其对学界至今还在争论且还未得到解决的一些相关历史问题,结合敦煌文献、石刻碑文、传统教法史等可靠的历史文献资料做了针对性阐释。对有意探讨以上小邦历史文化的相关研究人员具有一定的借鉴与参考价值。This article is related to the research achievements of Mr.Zhouhua on Tibetan history over the years.It discusses in detail the key issues in the field of Tibetan historical research which include the formation of Tibetan traditional teaching methods and the evolution of the external environment and its name in relevant literature,the naming of“Tibet”in relevant Chinese classics,and different views on the geographical range of Upper,Middle,and Lower Zhangzhung,which lived on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau before Songtsen Gampo,as well as how to determine the so-called Zhangzhung civilization today,what are the differences between Smad Sum Bha and Sum Bha,whether Sum Bha and Bud Med Rgyal Khab refer to the same country,whether there are differences between Byang A Zha and Tu Yu Hun,and how to understand the differences and similarities between Lho Mi Nyag and Mi Nyag,as well as Vjang and Ljang.This also explains the origin,geographical scope,historical culture,rise and fall of the surnames of the aforementioned kingdoms,especially some historical issues that are still being debated and have not been resolved in the academic community.Combining reliable historical literature such as Dunhuang literature,stone inscriptions,and the history of traditional teaching methods to answer these questions one by one.Therefore,it will be beneficial for researchers interested in studying the above small states,and it also has reference value for future generations.
