近代西藏官办学校教育研究——以“孜”僧官学校为例

摘　　要：近代西藏官办学校教育是随着藏族社会的发展、变化而不断向前迈进的。在不同的社会历史发展阶段,由于藏族社会生产力发展的水平不同、生产关系和政治制度的不同,近代藏族教育也具有不同的性质和特点。本文通过搜集整理相关文献资料,系统梳理了以“孜”僧官学校为中心的近代藏族官办学校的历史发展脉络,进而对“孜”僧官学校的教育体系的构建进行探究,总结归纳了“孜”僧官学校的办学理念、教学特点、教育教学管理及社会效益等。The education of Xizang’s official schools in modern times has been advancing with the development and change of Tibetan society.In different stages of social and historical development,due to the different levels of productivity development,production relations,and political systems of Tibetan society,modern Tibetan education also has different properties and characteristics.This article systematically sorts out the historical development of modern Tibetan official schools centered around the Rtse Monk School by collecting and organizing relevant literature and materials.It further explores the construction of the education system of the Rtse Monk School,and summarizes the educational philosophy,teaching characteristics,educational and teaching management,and social benefits of this school.
