藏医经典文献中痛风的外涂方剂配伍特点研究

摘　　要：藏医学认为痛风是由于“查隆”紊乱失衡导致的以脚拇指和肘关节疼痛为主要表现的一种疑难病,藏药外涂法是藏医治疗痛风的常用疗法之一。为明确和梳理痛风外涂方剂的药理作用及配伍特点,通过查阅藏医经典文献,挖掘藏药外涂疗法治疗痛风的相关方剂,应用excel2018统计分析相关方剂藏药组成频数、单味药的味性组成以及外涂方剂中的高频药物计算等,并运用spss modeler18.0中的aproior算法分析外治方剂的关联规则。结果发现藏医经典文献中与痛风外涂有关的方剂共有46种,由117味藏药组成,主要涉及木药类、土药类、动物药类、草药类以及药引子等藏药分类。外涂方剂的作用以消肿、止痛、治黄水、消炎等为主。关联规则分析发现乳香、黄葵子和决明子出现频率最高,乳香-穗序大黄-黄葵子药对的置信度和支持度最高。由此可知痛风外涂类方剂主要是通过发挥消肿、止痛、干黄水、引黄水以及消炎作用而起到治疗痛风作用的。Tibetan medicine believes that gout is a difficult disease mainly characterized by pain in the thumb and elbow joints due to the imbalance of the"Chalong"disorder.The Tibetan medicine external application method is one of the commonly used treatments for gout in Tibetan medicine,in order to clarify the pharmacological effects and compatibility characteristics of gout external application formulas.By consulting classic Tibetan medical literature,the relevant formulas for the treatment of gout with Tibetan medicine external application therapy has been explored.Excel 2018 has been used to statistically analyze the frequency of Tibetan medicine composition,the taste composition of a single drug,and the calculation of high-frequency drugs in the external application formula.The April algorithm in SPSS modeler 18.0 was used to analyze the association rules of external treatment formulas.The results showed that there were a total of 46 prescriptions related to gout topical application in classic Tibetan medical literature,consisting of 117 Tibetan medicines,mainly involving the classification of Tibetan medicines such as woody medicines,indigenous medicines,animal medicines,herbal medicines,and medicinal introductions.The main functions of external application formulas are to reduce swelling,relieve pain,treat yellow water,and reduce inflammation.Association rule analysis found that frankincense,sunflower seed,and cassia seed have the highest frequency of occurrence,and the confidence and support of the frankincense panicle sequence rhubarb sunflower seed pair are the highest.From this result,it can be seen that gout topical formulas mainly play a role in treating gout by exerting anti-inflammatory effects such as swelling reduction,pain relief,dry yellow water,yellow water diversion,and anti-inflammatory effects.
