摘 要:为了评估隧道爆破振动对石刻文物的安全性,以福泉高速公路连接线拓宽改造工程为依托,根据拟建隧道与既有石刻文物的空间位置与结构特征,建立隧道爆破振动作用下石刻文物安全评估的三维动力数值模型。选取2处典型爆破点开展不同爆破荷载作用下的数值分析,并根据现有规程采用以质点单向振动速度作为石刻文物的安全评估标准。分析结果表明:为确保爆破荷载作用下3处石刻文物的最大单向振动速度不大于0.5 cm/s,建议在爆破施工过程中,距文物远端的FDHK2+220—FDHK2+260段隧道爆破施工时的最大单段药量不超过4.611 kg,距文物附近的FDHK2+260—FDHK2+300段隧道爆破施工时的最大单段药量不超过1.687 kg。依据爆破点到文物的相对位置,控制好最大单段药量是保护石刻文物的完整性和降低爆破施工风险的关键。In order to evaluate the safety of tunnel blasting vibration on stone relics,based on the widening and reconstruction project of Fuquan Expressway connecting line in Fuzhou city,according to the spatial position and structural characteristics of the proposed tunnel and existing stone carvings,a three-dimensional dynamic numerical model for the safety assessment of stone carvings under the action of tunnel blasting vibration is established by using the finite element method.Two typical blasting points are selected for numerical analysis under different blasting loads,and the unidirectional vibration speed of the block is adopted as the safety evaluation standard according to the existing specifications.The results showed that it is recommended that the maximum single-section charge during blasting construction should not exceed 4.611 kg for the FDHK 2+220 to FDHK 2+260 section of the tunnel,and the maximum single-section charge should not exceed 1.687 kg for the FDHK 2+260 to FDHK 2+300 section of the tunnel,in order to ensure the maximum unidirectional vibration velocity of the three rock carvings under blasting load should not exceed 0.5 cm/s.
