摘 要:为了构建浐灞河流域库坝群联合调度模型,采用协同粒子群算法求解水景观运行方案,在对比分析不同情景组合情况下提出水景观运行的下泄和补水方式;建立降雨产汇流河系连续演算模型并进行率定验证,利用遍历算法、自下到上反推控制坝调度方式;采用水动力模型模拟流动、水质模型模拟污染物的迁移扩散推算水质净化情况;建立泥沙运移、推移质和悬移质沉降等模型,推算泥沙沉降情况。接入水文、气象、雨量、水质、库坝、监控、视频等数据,搭建水情系统、水质预警系统、洪水预报、景观坝过流、联合调度等模型,形成联合调度平台。结果表明:多年来平台运行稳定,实现了预报、报警、预演、预案即“四预”功能的智慧水利体系,达到了水质水量的精准调度。In order to construct a joint scheduling model for reservoirs and dams in the Chanba River Basin,particle swarm optimization algorithm was adopted to solve water landscape operation schemes,compare and analyze different scenario combinations were analyzed to propose drainage and replenishment methods for water landscape operation.A continuous routing model for rainfall production and concentration river system was developed and vaidated,and perform calibration verification.Traversal algorithm and bottom-up reverse inference was adopted to control dam scheduling methods.Hydrodynamic models were adopted to simulate flow and water quality models and simulate the migration and diffusion of pollutants to predict water quality purification.Models for sediment transport,bed load and suspended load settlement were used to calculate sediment settlement.Data such as water forks,weather patterns,rainfall,water quality,reservoirs,monitoring,and observation,and models such as water regime systems,water quality warning systems,flood forecasting,landscape dam overflow,and joint scheduling were linked to form a joint scheduling platform.The results show that the platform operated stably,achieved the"four pre"function,and achieved precise water quality and quantity scheduling.
