摘 要:为了加强板式换热器的结构强度,提出了一种圆台结构,并利用热力学第二定律研究了通道参数对错排圆台通道不可逆损失的影响。采用数值方法研究了雷诺数、圆台角度、圆台纵向间距比和横向间距比对圆台通道的摩擦熵产、传热熵产及无量纲熵产等的影响规律。结果表明:在通道参数范围内,圆台通道的摩擦熵产随着雷诺数的增大而增大,传热熵产随着雷诺数的增大而减小,无量纲熵产随着雷诺数的增大而先减小后增大;当圆台角度、纵向间距比和横向间距比分别从0~30°、1~2和1~2增大时,圆台通道的摩擦熵产分别平均增大了41.36%,减小了10.93%和45.26%,传热熵产分别平均减小了27.67%,增大了117.69%和154.45%。In order to strengthen the structural strength of the plate heat exchanger,a frustum of a cone structure was proposed and the effect of channel parameters on the irreversible loss of channels with staggered frustum of a cone was studied using the second law of thermodynamics.The effects of Reynolds number,frustum of a cone angle,longitudinal spacing ratio and lateral spacing ratio on the friction entropy generation,heat transfer entropy generation and dimensionless entropy generation of channels with frustum of a cone were studied by numerical method.The results show that within the range of channel parameters,the friction entropy generation of the channels with frustum of a cone increases with the increase of Reynolds number,the heat transfer entropy generation decreases with the increase of Reynolds number,and the dimensionless entropy generation first decreases and then increases with the increase of Reynolds number.When the frustum of a cone angle,longitudinal spacing ratio and lateral spacing ratio increase from 0°to 30°,1 to 2 and 1 to 2,respectively,the friction entropy generation of the channels with frustum of a cone increases by 41.36%,decreases by 10.93%and 45.26%,on average,respectively,and the heat transfer entropy generation decreases by 27.67%,increases by 117.69%and 154.45%,on average,respectively.
