摘  要:当前,国内还有不少早期投产的配置四喷嘴组或六喷嘴组的亚临界300MW级别机组;其中,部分此类汽轮机的高压旁路系统仍采用就地控制方式,当机组主蒸汽参数异常时,存在控制响应慢、稳定性差,会引发蒸汽参数波动大等问题。对此,提出了一种对高压旁路就地控制系统的综合改造方案。首先,将高压旁路控制信号接入DCS,并进行可靠性设计;然后,引入高旁减压阀开度信号作为前馈信号,对高压旁路温度控制策略进行优化。通过实际300MW机组优化改造后的运行工况与仿真结果分析,表明了该方法不但降低了主蒸汽参数调整的操作难度,避免了参数波动,而且跟踪误差满足现场控制要求,提高了高压旁路控制系统控制的准确性与稳定性,具有重要的实际工程应用和推广价值。At present,there are many sub-critical 300MW units with four or six nozzle groups in early production in China.Among them,the high-pressure bypass system of some such turbines are still adopt the local control mode.When the main steam parameters of the unit are abnormal,the control response is slow,the stability is poor,and the steam parameters will fluctuate greatly.In this paper,a comprehensive reconstruction scheme of high voltage bypass local control system is proposed.Firstly,the high-voltage bypass control signal is connected to DCS,and the reliability design is carried out.Then,the high side reducing valve opening signal is introduced as the feedforward signal to optimize the high pressure bypass temperature control strategy.Through the analysis of the operating conditions and simulation results of the actual 300MW unit after optimization,it is shown that the method not only reduces the operation difficulty of the main steam parameter adjustment,avoids the parameter fluctuation,but also meets the requirements of the field control,improves the accuracy and stability of the control of the high-pressure bypass control system,and has important practical engineering application and popularization value.
