摘 要:本文以我国青海省格尔木市海拔2670 m某地企业1台480 t/h大型循环流化床锅炉为研究对象,在连续变工况运行条件下开展锅炉能效测试,采用热损失法对现场实测数据进行计算分析得出锅炉反平衡效率等指标性结果,从而客观评价该锅炉使用过程中的真实能效水平,同时诊断设备系统存在的问题并提出相应解决对策。In this paper,a 480 t/h large circulating fluidized bed boiler at an altitude of 2670 meters in Golmud city,Qinghai Province,China was studied.The boiler energy efficiency was tested under continuously varying operating conditions.The heat loss method was used to calculate and analyze the measured data and obtain the index results such as the boiler reverse balance efficiency.Thus,the real energy efficiency level of the boiler in use is objectively evaluated,and the problems existing in the equipment system are diagnosed and corresponding solutions are put forward.
