摘　　要：目的:考察江西省、云南省、安徽省、山东省、福建省等10个不同产地蔓荆子药材质量,探讨各产地蔓荆子的质量差异。方法:参照《中国药典》2020版所收载的蔓荆子项下的内容为依据,对不同产地蔓荆子样品进行性状、显微鉴别、薄层鉴别,同时进行水分、总灰分、浸出物、蔓荆子黄素含量测定。结果:不同产地蔓荆子药材性状、显微鉴别和薄层鉴别特征明显,水分、总灰分、浸出物及含量均符合药典规定;水分范围6.92%~11.92%,总灰分范围3.59%~4.19%,醇溶性浸出物范围10.27%~12.20%,蔓荆子黄素的含量范围0.061%~0.079%。结论:10批不同产地蔓荆子在质量品质方面存在一定差异,其中产自云南省普洱市景谷傣族彝族自治县的蔓荆子药材品质综合表现较好,本研究可为蔓荆子药材的质量标准提升提供参考。Objective:Investigating the quality of VITICIS FRUCTUS from 10 different regions,including Jiangxi,Yunnan,Anhui,Shandong,and Fujian provinces,and exploring the quality differences of VITICIS FRUCTUS from different regions.Methods:Based on the content of VITICIS FRUCTUS included in the 2020 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia,the samples of VITICIS FRUCTUS from different origins were subjected to morphological,microscopic,and thin-layer identification.At the same time,moisture,total ash,extract,and vitexicarpin content were determined.Results:The characteristics,microscopic identification,and thin layer identification of the medicinal materials of VITICIS FRUCTUS from different origins are obvious,and the moisture,total ash,extract,and content all comply with the provisions of the pharmacopoeia;The moisture range is 6.92%~11.92%,the total ash content range is 3.59%~4.19%,the alcohol soluble extract range is 10.27%~12.20%,and the content range of vitexicarpin is 0.061%~0.079%.Conclusion:There are certain differences in the quality and quality of 10 batches of VITICIS FRUCTUS from different origins,among which VITICIS FRUCTUS from Jinggu Dai and Yi Autonomous County in Pu'er City,Yunnan Province has a good overall quality performance.This study provides a reference for improving the quality standards of VITICIS FRUCTUS medicinal materials.
