深海气田富含乙二醇产出水分析方法的建立及应用

摘  要:南海西部海域深海气田产出液中乙二醇含量高达70%以上,其与水互溶特性使产出水中各离子含量测定结果存在较大偏差,严重干扰产出水样分析结果,影响到产水来源判断及MRU处理系统正常运行的诊断。本文通过不同实验分析方法比对及标准分析方法步骤优化和干扰物排除等分析手段,建立了深海气田富含乙二醇产出液的分析方法。研究结果表明,采用电位滴定法测定富含乙二醇产出水Cl-含量;指示剂滴定法测定富含乙二醇产出水CO32-、HCO3-含量;分光光度法测定富含乙二醇产出水SO42-含量;ICP光谱法测定金属元素等,实验操作过程较简单、准确度高。通过对生产工艺节点液样进行离子含量监测,为气田生产及时诊断MRU处理系统正常有效防止天然气水合物并正确判断深海气田产水来源提供基础数据支撑,以保障深水气田的正常运行。The content of ethylene glycol in the produced fluid of deep-sea gas field in the western South China Sea is more than 70%.The mutual solubility of ethylene glycol and water makes the determination results of each ion content in the produced water have a large deviation,which seriously interferes with the analysis results of the produced water samples,and affects the judgment of the source of water production and the diagnosis of the normal operation of the MRU treatment system.In this paper,the analysis method of deep-sea gas field rich in ethylene glycol production fluid was established by means of comparison of different experimental analysis methods,optimization of standard analysis methods and elimination of interfering substances.The results showed that the Clin the produced water rich in ethylene glycol was determined by potentiometric titration,the content of CO_(3)^(2-)and HCO_(3)^(-)in the produced water rich in ethylene glycol was determined by indicator titration method,determination of SO_(4)^(2-)in ethylene glycol-rich water by spectrophotometry;ICP spectrometry is used to determine metal elements,the experimental analysis is simple and accurate.By monitoring the ion content of the liquid sample at the production process node,it can provide basic data support for the timely diagnosis of gas field production,the normal and effective prevention of natural gas hydrate by MRU processing system,and the correct judgment of the source of water production in deep-sea gas fields,so as to ensure the normal operation of deep-sea gas fields.
