摘  要:建立了吹扫捕集-气相色谱质谱法测定地表水中二氯苯和三氯苯含量的方法,并对Na Cl加入量、吹扫时间和解吸温度等进行优化实验。结果表明,二氯苯和三氯苯的线性相关系数大于0.999,加标回收率为88.5%~104.0%,相对标准偏差为1.4%~4.2%。本方法操作简便,无需使用有机试剂,检出限低,准确度和精密度高,满足地表水中二氯苯、三氯苯等氯苯类化合物残留的分析。A purge and trap gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC/MS)method for the determination of dichlorobenzene and trichlorobenzene in surface water was established.The addition of sodium chloride,purge time and desorption temperature were optimized.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of dichlorobenzene and Trichlorobenzene were greater than 0.999,the recovery were 88.5%-104.0%,and the relative standard deviation were 1.4%-4.2%.The method is simple and convenient to operate,without using organic reagents,with low detection limit,high accuracy and precision,and can meet the analysis of residual chlorobenzene compounds such as dichlorobenzene and trichlorobenzene in surface water.
