摘  要:国家标准方法分析钛含量操作繁琐,分析效率不高,杂质干扰终点判断。本文建立Na2O2碱溶试样,热水浸提后HCl酸化,电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定钛白粉尾渣中的钛元素含量的方法。通过分析比较选择合适的分析谱线,确定在338.376nm处进行实验,方法的检出限为0.0038%,精密度(RSD,n=12)为1.79%,钛含量的分析结果与国家标准方法(GB/T 1706-2006)测定结果一致。该方法具有良好的精密度和准确度,适用于批量样品的检测。The national standard method has the problem of long operation process,many steps and low efficiency.Using sodium peroxide as flux,and soaked in hot water,and then acidified with hydrochloric acid.Determination of titanium dioxide from titanium white powder tailings by inductively coupled plasma was studied.The test results showed that the measured value of the national standard reference materials was consistent with the certified value at the wavelength of 338.376 nm.The detection limit for TiO2 was 0.0038%,and the precision(RSD,n=12)was 1.79%.Compared with GB/T 1706-2006,the results showed good consistency to each other.The method is simple and accurate,and is suitable for batch samples.
