摘　　要：建立快速溶剂萃取-气相色谱质谱法测定土壤中西玛津、异恶草酮、扑草净、吡嘧磺隆和禾草克5种除草剂残留的方法。5种除草剂化合物在10.0~300μg·L^(-1)浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数大于0.995,检出限为0.004~0.009mg·kg^(-1),样品加标回收率为96.9%~105.0%,6次测试结果相对标准偏差均小于4%。本方法具有操作快速简便、有机试剂用量少、灵敏度高、检出限低、准确度和精密度好等优点,可用于土壤中西玛津、异恶草酮、扑草净等除草剂农药残留的检测。A rapid solvent extraction gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method was established for the determination of five herbicide residues in soil:cimazine,isoxachlor,promethazin,picsulfuron methyl and gramoke.The five herbicide compounds showed good linear relationships in the range of 10.0-300μg·L^(-1),the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.995,the detection limit were in the range of 0.004-0.009mg·kg^(-1),the recovery of the sample were in the range of 96.9%-105.0%,and the relative standard deviations of the six test results were all less than 4%.This method has the advantages of rapid and simple operation,low amount of organic reagent,high sensitivity,low detection limit,good accuracy and precision.It can be used for the detection of herbicide and pesticide residues such as cimazine,isooxone and promethazine in soil.
