摘 要:渤海X油田储层为典型欠压稠油油藏,随着长期注水开发,表现出地层欠压、原油黏度高、储层污染等问题,常规完井液体系易发生液体入侵污染、水化膨胀、原油开采困难等现象。为解决以上问题,本文结合渤海X油田的实际情况,制定了强抑制、强降黏、强储层保护的完井液体系优化方案,利用室内实验对常用的3种完井液体系进行优选,并对优选出的有机胺完井液体系进行进一步优化,形成了适合渤海欠压稠油油藏的改进型有机胺完井液体系,通过高温长期浸泡实验验证了该完井液体系的综合性能。该完井液体系的优化方案和体系配方对类似油田开发时完井液体系的设计具有较好的指导意义,有望在渤海及其它类似油田中推广应用。Bohai X oilfield is a typical under-pressured heavy oil reservoir.With the long-term waterflood development,some problems such as formation under-pressured,high viscosity of crude oil and reservoir pollution are appeared.Conventional completion fluids are prone to liquid invasion pollution,hydration expansion,and difficulties in crude oil production.In order to solve the above problems,combining with the actual situation of Bohai X oilfield,the optimization scheme of completion fluid system with strong suppression,strong viscosity reduction and strong reservoir protection was developed.Three commonly used completion liquid systems were optimized by laboratory experiments,and the optimized organic amine completion liquid systems were further improved to form a completion liquid system suitable for under-pressured heavy oil reservoirs in Bohai Oilfield.The comprehensive performance of this completion fluid system was verified through high-temperature long-term immersion experiments.The optimization plan and formulation of this completion fluid system hold significant guidance for designing completion fluid systems in the development of similar oilfields,and it is expected to be popularized and applied in Bohai oilfield and other similar oilfields.
