摘 要:阀门作为核动力回路系统运行的关键设备,通过调节流量等作用承担系统安全运行功能,因此开发高温高压大流量阀门数字智能化测试平台用于系统仿真至关重要。本文建立系统回路管网数学模型与设备模型,并搭建系统仿真程序用以数字智能化测试平台的设计开发。通过特定的回路系统构建,完成回路系统阻力、回路氮气稳压体积、回路蒸汽稳压排水量、回路升温升压过程、降温降压过程及流体阻断过程试验工况计算,并得出系统运行参数结果。针对特定系统内阀的调节,系统平台能够正确计算给出仿真结果并满足运行要求,验证了仿真平台的可行性。As the key equipment for the operation of the nuclear power loop system,the valve undertakes the safe operation function of the system by regulating the flow rate.Therefore,it is very important to develop the digital intelligent test platform of high temperature,high pressure and high flow valve for the system simulation.In this paper,the mathematical model of the system loop pipe network and equipment is established,and the system simulation program is built to design and develop the digital intelligent test platform.Through the construction of a specific loop system,the calculation of the loop system resistance,loop nitrogen stabilization volume,loop steam stabilization displacement,loop heating and boost process,cooling and decompression process and fluid blocking process is completed,and the results of the system operation parameters are obtained.For the valve regulation of the specific system,the system platform can correctly calculate the simulation results and meet the operation requirements,which verifies the feasibility of the simulation platform.
