摘　　要：针对应用于长输管线上的球阀,从阀体结构出发对比了侧装式与上装式球阀的优缺点,结合市场上现有上装式球阀在设计上存在的不足之处,提出了一种满足API 6D标准规范要求的新型上装式球阀设计方案,并对其设计原理、关键零部件等设计细节进行了介绍,阐述了其拆装工艺措施。该球阀优点突出,是一种在长输管线上比较有应用前景的上装式球阀。Aiming at the ball valves used in long-distance pipelines,the advantages and disadvantages of side-mounted ball valves and top-mounted ball valves were compared from the valve body structure.Combined with the design shortcomings of existing top-mounted ball valves in the market,a new design scheme of top-mounted ball valves was proposed,and its design principle,key parts and other design details were introduced,and its disassembly and assembly process measures were expounded.This kind of ball valve has outstanding advantages,and it is a kind of top-mounted ball valve with good application prospects in long-distance pipelines.
