摘　　要：介绍了钢条成型圆圈的方法,发明了“LQJ绕圈机”,介绍了该工装的整机结构特点,又分别对活令部套机构和机台部套结构进行了展开描述。阐述了“LQJ绕圈机”设计制造的关键技术和使用方法。本文对绕圈机的设计、制造和扩展应用具有一定的参考价值,且“LQJ绕圈机”获得了实用新型专利授权(专利号:ZL201921712747.4)。The method of forming the steel bar circle is introduced,the"LQJ winding machine"is invented,the structure characteristics of the whole machine are introduced,and the structure of the living part sleeve mechanism and the machine table part sleeve are described.The key technology and application method of designing and manufacturing"LQJ winding machine"are described.This paper has certain reference value for the design,manufacture and expansion of the winding machine,and the"LQJ winding machine"has obtained the utility model patent authorization(patent number:ZL201921712747.4).
